What is biodiesel?
Biodiesel is a biologically-based diesel fuel made from oils and fats. It has lower emissions and better lubricity than petroleum diesel. Our fuel is made right here in Portland from used cooking oil collected from New England. For more information visit: www.biodiesel.org
Can I use biodiesel?
Pretty much any diesel vehicle can use a biodiesel blend without modification however some vehicles can use a higher blend easier than others. In general, vehicles built before 2007 can use pure biodiesel without any modifications (you might need to change a fuel filter or gasket). Want more info on your vehicle?
